RETURN POLICY
We gladly accept unworn merchandise with original tags attached, along with appropriate proof of purchase.
You can return a product in any of our UAE Carter’s stores for up to 14 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or credit note.

- If the item is faulty
- If item received is not as described on our catalog
- Which items are eligible for refund?
- We will gladly offer a full refund in the unlikely event that the item has a manufacturing defect. Refund will be processed using the original method of payment.
- Which items are not eligible for exchange or refund?
- Swimwear and undergarments.
- Item that was sealed and required its hygienic level to be intact from the manufacturer.
- Used or damaged item by you or is not in the same condition as you had received it.
- Item without proof of purchase and original tag.
- Item is not in its original packaging.
